There is a $200.00 cancellation fee. Balance will be used towards future tours.

A $500.00 deposit will hold your space. The balance is to be paid 60 days before departure. Checks should made out to:

How do I get to Sedona?
Most folks will be flying into Phoenix. Have your travel agent book you on a flight where you will be arriving late morning or early afternoon. You will then need to reserve the Sedona-Phoenix Shuttle at 928-282-2066 for the West Sedona stop at Super 8 Motel. In reverse you will want to book the shuttle 4.5 hours before your flight home. We highly recommend Travel Insurance purchased at the same time as your airfare, ask your Travel Agent.
What shall I pack?
Leave your fancy clothes home. Sedona is very Southwest relaxed. Bring layered clothing, sweatshirt, sweater, spring jacket and loose clothing for hiking and yoga. Hiking boots are good, sturdy sneakers are okay. Bring sunscreen and a hat or visor. Average Temperature for April: daily high of 73, daily low of 42. In April 2011 I enjoyed 80 degrees daytime and 52 for the low. The elevation is 4300 feet so drink plenty of water, starting 2 days before trip to eliminate altitude sickness.
